Nomad Rider Mongolia organises horse riding tours in Mongolia. Our office is at #12, apartment-51/A, Narkhan town, 1st khoroo, Khan-Uul district, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. For anything about your personal details, email info@nomadridermongolia.com.

• Booking requests: your name, your email, and the tour and date you chose.
• Emails and calls: what you tell us when you contact us.
• Traveller details, which we ask for by email after your request: names, dates of birth, passport details, riding level, health and dietary information, emergency contacts and insurance details.

Health and dietary information is sensitive. We ask for it only so we can keep you safe and fed on the tour, and use it for nothing else.

• To answer your questions and your booking request.
• To organise your tour: guides, horses, meals, camps and hotels suited to your group.
• To send invoices and keep the accounting records the law requires.
• To help you quickly in an emergency.

We don't send newsletters or marketing, and we never sell your details.

Only with those who need them to run your trip or this website:

• Your guides, drivers, horse guides and cooks, and the camps, hotels and nomad families you stay with, who get only what they need, such as names, dietary needs and riding level.
• Your insurer, emergency contacts and medical services, if you need help during the trip.
• The companies that host this website and send our email, on our behalf.
• The authorities, if the law requires it.

This website doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

• Maps: the route maps on tour pages load their map images from OpenStreetMap, whose servers see your IP address, as with any website you visit.
• Video: the travellers' video on our home page comes from YouTube, in its privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; after that, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

Only as long as we need them for your trip, and for the accounting and legal records the law requires us to keep. We then delete them. Ask us and we'll delete a booking request that didn't lead to a trip.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, to delete them, or to stop us using them. Email info@nomadridermongolia.com and we'll reply within a month.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
